Are you looking for answers to your nagging health questions?
Are you suffering from gas, bloating, and other gut issues?
Are you ready to turn your health around?
Using the principles of Asian Medicine, we can help you get to the root of these problems and give you back some hope:
abdominal discomfort | adrenal fatigue | anxiety | bloating | brain fog | constipation | digestive problems | fatigue | fibromyalgia | gas | headaches | hot flashes | infertility |irritability | knee pain | low energy | nausea | night sweats | pain | PMS | shoulder pain | sinus issues | skin concerns | sleep problems | stress management | and more...
Our two main services include Digestive Health and Acupuncture. We are now offering Virtual Visits, also known as Telehealth.
Here are additional tools that we use:
- Electroacupuncture - Uses current through two acupuncture needles to help an area of injury heal faster and to reduce pain.
- Moxibustion - Considered a thermal therapy, moxibustion stimulates circulation, counteracts cold and dampness in the body, and promotes the smooth flow of blood and qi.
- Cupping - Brings fresh blood to the area and helps improve circulation.
- Guasha - Is the scraping of an area of skin with a smooth instrument until a "sha" rash or petechiae is surfaced. Guasha can provide drug-free relief from back, neck, leg, shoulder pain and more.
We do not diagnose disease. Rather, we use "pattern identification" to find the root cause of health problems. Treatments are designed to identify the cause of the symptoms, restore normal function, and encourage the body to heal itself. We evaluate and treat the body, mind, and spirit together. Diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices are assessed and recommendations are made to support treatments. Because lifestyle is so important to healing, a visit with our Health Coach is included with an initial case review. See
our disclaimer for more information.
"Anticipate things that may grow thorny,
while they are still easy to manage, and
do things that would become momentous,
while they are still insignificant."
~ Lao Tzu,
Chinese poet and philosopher
